Built from both sides of the table.
Most architects design the plan. I've also been the person who had to deliver it.
I started in data at Ejaro, ran IT projects at SAMI Advanced Electronics, and managed the Inspection and Quality Platform for the Royal Commission for AlUla. Today I work on enterprise architecture and digital transformation for government entities at Wakeb.
That path shapes every roadmap I design. It has to hold up against real budgets, real vendors and real teams.

Requirements gathered from the people who live the process. Procedures mapped, workflows standardized, gaps found before they cost money.
Layer 04
Project Delivery
Budgets, risks, vendors and status reports for senior management. PMP certified, with ITIL 4 for the service side.

- Work across multiple government transformation projects to raise digital maturity, support governance and improve compliance readiness.
- Prepare and improve documentation to Qiyas standards, lifting the organization's overall evaluation and compliance score.
- Lead the analysis, mapping and documentation of procedures and workflows into standardized process documentation.
- Run AS-IS to TO-BE gap analyses and propose digital transformation roadmaps.
- Work with the advisory team to refine strategic direction and the execution roadmap, and helped organize a government hackathon in the Eastern Province.
